Welcome to the website for my lovely holiday cottage set on the coastline of beautiful Wester Ross in the Scottish Highlands. The former croft cottage has a fantastic panoramic sea view across to Skye and the Western Isles, with stunning sunsets throughout the year.
The cottage is in a perfect location for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits such as sea, loch or river fishng, sea kayaking, walking, cycling, sightseeing, bird and whale watching or for those who just want to relax and get away from it all!
A former traditional croft house set amongst working croft land, located 8 miles north of Gairloch on the road to Melvaig and the Rua Reidh Lighthouse. The cottage is at the end of a short private drive, in an elevated position, which gives a spectacular panoramic sea view across the Minch to Skye and the western Isles
The Melvaig Inn (cafe, pub & restaurant) is a few minutes walk away, set close to the beach. Beautiful sandy beaches are close by on the Melvaig & Aultgrishan coastline. The area is excellent for coastal and hill walking.
