How to Book

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only. There is some flexibility on dates of arrival depending on the time of year. Bookings can be made directly with me.
I accept payment by Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque or Paypal.  ​If you use Paypal you will be able to by Credit Card via your Paypal account. 
I also take bookings through Holiday Lettings (Tripadvisor) and Airbnb. Please see below for further details and for DISCOUNTS.  ​

Booking Information

• 10% Discount for single guests & couples;
• 10% Discount for returning guests; 
• 5% Discount if ​booking 2 weeks or more.

            Only one discount applies, excludes Easter and Peak Season, i.e. July, August & Christmas/New Year.

• Electricity is charged extra however first £10/week of use is included in the rental cost.
• Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only, i.e. weekly bookings.
• A deposit of 25% is required when booking.  The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival
• A £150 deposit for damage and electricity use is required when booking
• Cancellation - details are provided in the Booking Terms & Conditions.
• Bookings are not confirmed until a fully completed booking form and a payment for the deposit is received​

General Booking Conditions

• Pets are not permitted
• All ​bed linen and towels are included
• ​Earliest arrival is 4pm and the cottage must be vacated by 10am
• No more than 5 guests may stay in the cottage. All guests must be listed on the booking form
• Please carefully read and follow the advice given in the ‘welcome pack’ on arrival
• The cottage is strictly no smoking
• A starter pack of logs is provided for the Wood Burning Stove.
